Elders

Elders assist the pastors in providing spiritual care to congregants in many ways:

• participation in worship
• congregational care together with a Visitation Team
• assisting with baptism, reception of new members, and communion
• administration of a Benevolence Fund.

They oversee the formation of Care Groups and identify Community Life Coordinators and Prime Timers Coordinators. An Elder also sits on Church Council.
