Facility Rentals

Erb Street Mennonite Church facilities can be rented by community groups or individuals whose mission, values or charitable purposes are consistent with those of the church.

Building

The church is able to rent out the following rooms:

Sanctuary – seating for 200, options for screen, projector and sound system
Fellowship hall – located below the sanctuary, with up to 15 round tables, seating 8 each (120 total), 4 rectangular tables (for serving), 4 bar-style stand-at round tables, optional portable screen and/or projector and simple sound system (~10x20m size)
Kitchen – including commercial dishwasher (training required)
Meeting room – 2 are available, with optional projector

David Eby room – boardroom style that can seat a maximum of 16 or so around a large table
Naomi & Jessie B. Martin Lounge – sofa and chair seating for 7, plus option for up to 40 stacking-type chairs

Except for special circumstances, we typically don’t rent Friday evenings or Saturdays since we don’t have the option for cleaning before Sunday services.
