Relationship oriented
Erb St. congregation has created: 1) policies and procedures to guide how we want to be in relationship with each other as a worshipping community; 2) a process for addressing conflict, concerns and/or difficulties; 3) an overarching safe church policy to work towards preventing the abuse of those who are vulnerable, including children. The three documents are below. By design, all three complement and inform one another, and so should be interpreted or implemented in consideration of one another.
